Traditional Burial Ceremony
A traditional burial service is when your loved one is present. Generally visitation is held the day(s) and/or night before the funeral. The funeral service itself is held in our chapel, a church or a special place chosen by the family. The ceremony often consist of scriptures readings, prayers, a eulogy, sometimes a sermon and music. After the funeral, there is a procession to the cemetery for a committal service. The committal service is usually brief with just a couple of prayers before the burial or entombment takes place.
Traditional Cremation Ceremony
A traditional cremation service is similar to the burial service. There is visitation held before the funeral service. The funeral service is held in our chapel, a church or a special place chosen by the family. The ceremony often consist of scriptures readings, prayers, a eulogy, sometimes a sermon and music. After the ceremony, however the funeral concludes. The cremation itself is then done with the cremains usually available for the family the following day.
Memorial Ceremony
A memorial service is held when the deceased is not present. The ceremony may take place in our chapel, a church or a special place chosen by the family. This is a time to remember a loved one through fellowship with friends and family. Usually a private family burial or cremation has already taken place before the ceremony.
Graveside Ceremony
A graveside service is a ceremony that is held at the cemetery only. The ceremony itself is usually much more brief than that of a traditional funeral ceremony. The ceremony begins and ends at the cemetery.
